That's why we're dedicated to supporting the small business community with flexible payment solutions needed to grow your business, backed by real customer support and simple, transparent pricing.

Ermis Sfakiyanudis
A proven executive, Ermis has over 20 years experience launching and leading successful companies in competitive markets. Ermis has a deep passion for understanding product and service value, conveying that value for the target audience, and building the infrastructure to successfully deliver to the market.
Genevieve Dozier
Genevieve Dozier has continued to excel and establish herself as a multi-award winning, influential leader in various roles for over 17 years in the financial services and payments industry, primarily merchant acquiring. She is a global speaker, author, PayTech Women (formerly Wnet) Board Director, Money 20/20 Advisory Board member, and highly regarded business strategist. She currently serves as Director, Business Development for Finova Capital, a business lending company based in New Jersey. Previously she held executive leadership positions at multiple noteworthy institutions including BB&T now Truist, Ingenico, CardConnect, First Data now Fiserv and most recently was Chief Business Development Officer of a fintech startup. In 2019, she was named an ETA Top Forty Under 40 honoree, member of the Money 20/20 RiseUp Program, and recipient of the PayTech Women Making Waves award. In 2021, Genevieve was the recipient of the PayTech Women Game Changer award. Genevieve is a frequent speaker at industry and partner events and was a contributor to the book, Mega Deals that reveals strategies on B2B complex selling for $100M + deals.
Charles Bishota
Throughout his career, Charles has directly advised and counseled small and mid-sized businesses, fintech companies, independent sales organizations, payment facilitators, and Value Added Resellers. He has a deep understanding of business law, regulatory compliance, card brand rules, asset protection, legacy planning, and portfolio and company buy and sell transactions. He’s helped numerous organizations navigate complex legal and financial challenges with skill and confidence.
Whether working with start-ups, established firms, or industry leaders, Charles focuses on building relationships and delivering results-driven solutions, helping clients achieve their goals and maximize their potential. His innovative thinking, strategic approach, and deep expertise make him a trusted advisor and valuable partner to businesses of all sizes and stages of growth.
