"We sat right by the entrance and started to chat with the door greeter, who turned out to be the owner. He told us he is a chef by trade and actually studied in France. He shared with us how much money it costs to keep up with the outdoor aesthetic and how important it is to do the little things like source his pastry butter from Europe. He told us, "If you have an enemy, encourage them to go into the restaurant business." Shannon McCann, Director, Marketing

"We went on a fishing excursion, and we used a local company called Fishing Aficianado. They were great from the beginning of the excursion to the end, we spotted and had a close encounter with 3 whales, and we caught 2 barracudas and a shark on the 4-hour trip. It was choppy that day with 6-8 ft swells, but they kept the boat as calm as possible, and no one got sick!" Director, Strategic Partnerships & Solutions
