Tech/Customer Service 

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa

We’re looking for a tech savvy individual, an eager learner who is looking to not only provide excellent service for our clients, but to develop a career in a progressive financial tech field. But please note this is NOT an IT position, instead you’ll be working with clients over the phone and email to install/troubleshoot credit card equipment and software.

Our team is known to be passionate about serving our clients and we are looking to find someone who has a desire to provide an over the top/go the extra mile customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized knowledge for various processing equipment and systems (Point-of-Sale/Gateways to clients and team members- on the job training provided)
  • Handle installation calls and emails, while programming terminals and Point-of-Sale Systems
  • Provide phone support for our clients and team members
  • Training clients and various internal departments on new POS systems
  • Researching processing equipment and software compatibility with our services
  • Documenting cases for internal and external use
  • Assist in handling our equipment inventory, equipment rental program, and terminal repair cycle
  • Able to work with team to cover different shift schedules
  • Personal investment in the workplace and workload
  • Work closely with our sales team to assist in growing the company revenue
  • Continuous learning which may include cross-training into multiple departments

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication ability (phone and email)
  • Quick and eager learner
  • Passionate about building relationships with and servicing our clients
  • Technical aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow up and attention to detail
  • You are a driven self-starter
  • Ability to self-manage and multi-task projects with varying degrees of priority
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including after-hours and weekends in order to best serve our clients, as needed
  • Experience working with MS Office
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Interest in advancement/growth opportunities
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Merchant service experience a HUGE plus.
